PROTEIN- Friends do NOT think you have to get protein just from Red Meat. There are SO SO many sources and natural ways of getting it into your Body temple. Examples:

You can do protein powders. Or get it in its natural forms such as: fish, nuts, seeds, beans, eggs and dairy. Greens like spinach and kale are a great source. Kale has 11 grams of protein in 1/2 cup serving, also cottage cheese 1/2 cup serving has like 15 grams, also Tofu is loaded, like 20 grams in 1/2 cup serving.
